Meet Our Director

Hello and welcome! I’m Grace Phillips, the Center Director at Stellar Academy Bridgewater, and my greatest passion is creating a place where children feel loved, families feel supported, and everyone feels like they belong. Early childhood education has always been more than a career to me. It’s the privilege of building relationships that become part of my life long after a child leaves our classrooms. One of the most humbling parts of my journey has been staying connected with our families over the years, celebrating milestones from kindergarten all the way through high school graduation. To me, every child and every family who walks through our doors becomes part of my extended family and making sure you know you truly belong here is one of the most important parts of my job. My hope is that the moment you walk through our doors, you feel an immediate sense of warmth, trust, and connection, knowing your child will be cared for as if they were our own. I want you to leave feeling confident that you’ve found more than a school you’ve found a second home where your child is safe, celebrated, and deeply loved.
